You are responsible and liable to ensure you make all necessary changes to make them aware of the new changes. “TACTICAL BADGE ACADEMY” takes no liability or responsibility for any disputes, delays, problems or issues because of the change of the purchase order specifications. “TACTICAL BADGE ACADEMY” takes no liability or responsibility for any disputes, delays, problems or issues because of any ignorance, negligence, delay or carelessness in updating your contacts, clients and/or correspondents of the purchase order changes and related changes.
3. JURISDICTION
The Website is directed to those individuals and entities located in Canada. It is not directed to any person or entity in any jurisdiction where (by reason of nationality, residence, citizenship or otherwise) the publication or availability of the Website and its content, including its products and services, are unavailable or otherwise contrary to local laws or regulations. “TACTICAL BADGE ACADEMY” shall not be subject to any obligations of confidentiality regarding any information or materials that you submit online except as specified in these Terms of Use, or as set forth in any additional terms and conditions relating to specific products or services, or as otherwise specifically agreed or required by law. The commercial use, reproduction, transmission or distribution of any information, software or other material available through the Website without the prior written consent of “TACTICAL BADGE ACADEMY” is strictly prohibited.
5. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Sessions and Courses are scheduled in advance. A scheduling note comprises of the confirmed day, date and time of the session and/or course. Once the scheduling note is sent to the user, it is deemed final and confirmed. Requests for Refund and Cancellation will be accepted if received by Tactical Badge Academy more than 48 hours of the confirmed day, date and time, therefore, Users will be offered full refund minus 4% processing fees. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used by the User, and within 5-7 business days.
If the request for refund and cancellation is received less than 48 hours, no refunds will be issued, and the whole fee with forfeited. If the request for refund and cancellation is received less than 48 hours, the user might opt to reschedule their session for another day and time, however, scheduling (while in less than 48 hours) is offered only once per Purchase Order.
In case of no-show up, or delays beyond 15 minutes on the day and time of the session, the session fees will be forfeited, and no refunds or scheduling will be issued or made.
Once a session or a course commences on its day and time, it cannot be cancelled nor rescheduled by the user. If the user refuses to continue their session or training, their fees will be forfeited.
In cases of dangerous and unsafe behaviours by the user, the session or course will be terminated immediately and no refunds nor rescheduling will be issued.
In cases of cancellations by TACTICAL BADGE ACADEMY due to Shooting Range closures, inclement weather or any emergencies, Full refund will be issued to the user. Users might opt for rescheduling their session instead.
6. PURCHASE ORDERS & TERMINATION OF SERVICES AND SHOOTING RANGE DAMAGES
Final Orders
Once purchase orders are placed in www.TacticalBadge.com, the said orders are deemed final, and ready for processing. Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. Courses once purchased, are deemed final.
Purchase orders can be cancelled and terminated with no refund for, but not limited to, any of the following reasons:
– Breach of trust, respect or discipline.
– Using counterfeit personal ID.
– Dangerous and careless behavior in the Shooting Range.
– Dangerous and careless handling of firearms.
– Using of drugs, weed, alcohol beverages and similar substances.
Prices
Prices are in Canadian dollars.
In cases where the User causes direct or indirect damage to the Shooting Range premises, devices, equipment and/or building, the User shall reimburse all costs to the Shooting Range and Tactical Badge Academy for all damages they caused. Costs are determined solely by the Shooting Range and/or Tactical Badge Academy and the User shall accept and abide by them. The User must make all payments and reimbursements within 3 business days to the Shooting Range and/or Tactical Badge Academy.
7. COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS
The materials at this Site, as well as the organization and layout of this site, are copyrighted and are protected by Canadian and international copyright laws and treaty provisions. You may access, download and print materials on this Website solely for your personal and non-commercial use; however, any printout of this Site, or portions of the Site, must include “TACTICAL BADGE ACADEMY”’ copyright notice. No right, title or interest in any of the materials contained on this Site is transferred to you as a result of accessing, downloading or printing such materials. 21. ACCOUNTS AND SECURITY
“TACTICAL BADGE ACADEMY” does not warrant that the functions contained in the service provided by the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected or that this service or the server that makes it available will be free of viruses or other harmful components. As part of the registration process, each user will select a password (“Password”) and Login Name (“Login Name”). You shall provide “TACTICAL BADGE ACADEMY” with accurate, complete, and updated Account information. Failure to do so shall constitute a breach of this Terms of Use, which may result in immediate termination of your Account.
